After passing the CV round, I was invited for a HireVue, online interview where you have to record yourself answering questions. I found this method not valid at all as it gets very stressful trying to answer a question with a timer on the side and later on, I even found out that they never saw it! Finally, the face to face interview was very casual and relaxed with no structured questions.

How would you describe NIKE to someone that has no idea about the brand? What makes you NIKE?
The interview process was relatively easy and painless. I thought the interviewer was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable enough to ask follow up questions etc.

5 interviews in total, first with recruiter, then hiring manager, then business case interview (hiring manager + Director in same function), and 2 more interviews with Senior Director for the function and 2 business stakeholders for the role.

Entrevista
I sent my CV and 2 days later I was invited to an online recorded interview. The questions were about specific soft skills and I had to answer telling about a situation in which I used them. I also had to do a test to measure my empathy and how I interact in professional environments. Atfter 3 weeks the recruiter called me and scheduled a meeting with the manager of the team. The interview was really structured with a lot of question on how I would act in specific situations.
