First, I applied online at Nike.com. I was then called for an interview about a week later. My interview was set up over the phone for the following week. The interview itself was mainly to assess my knowledge of Nike and its products.
Apply online. Called them to ask about my application. Gave me an interview. Went to the interview. Then they tell you if they want you or not. If you do, they ask you when you can start working and might do a background check.
