Applied online. A couple days later I was called for a brief phone interview. After the phone interview I was emailed to schedule an in person group interview. At the group interview they told us that if we get offered the job we will have to submit for a background check. Background check took 2 weeks. Was then officially offered the job after I was cleared from the background check.
