I applied online and a week later I got phone interview where the interviewer asked brief questions about myself. Later in call she scheduled me for an in person interview three days later. I went in for the interview 15 minutes earlier than my interview time. Dress business casual. I was in a group interview with two other people and two managers. They asked us a few questions(talk about sports and past work experience) and at the end told us we would either get a email for a background check or that they went with another candidate. The next day they called telling me my interview went well but I would be at a different store because of my avaliability and said she'd send a background check. Two days later I got a background check email and filled it out the same day. Three days later my background check came out clean (of course) and two days after that I got a call offering me a position. I have training next week. The whole process took 3-4 weeks.
