I had a phone screen with HR, heard nothing for weeks then got an interview with hiring manager and lastly a Skype panel interview. HR was hardly responsive and the time lag was really long between interviews. I wish they were better about following up. Doing a panel interview by Skype was really difficult. I had a hard time connecting with the team at Nike.
