Phone interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, four separate panel interviews with 1-2 people from product team.
First two we’re casual. Panel interviews were scripted behavioral questions. Must be thirty words.

Describe a time you had to prioritize tasks: How, why
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.

Average and good to learn questions. Questions was answerable and easy to answer. No. Need much preparation to attend and answer. Good for those who like to learn for of a working life adult
