Hireright does all of the hiring process for NIKE from phone interview to job offer, except the group interview which is generally 6-8 people with 3 upper mgmt. You then get an email regarding their choice to move forward with you or not. You submit your background check paper to hireright and depending on results you may or may not be offered a position.

Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
