The interview process is not clear at all. HR and the recruiter are just beating the bush around the candidate. Waste of time . For me, they just interviewed me with half of my total experience where the panel is just asking my Go and different language question instead of what skills I have. Later they said the first round is clear but they have to change the rule for the lead with 8 + yrs of experience. They just hold for 3 weeks with different teams. Then one day they just called me and asked to give hirevvue again as the previous HR had the process in the wrong team. So My opinion doesn't attend an interview for this company.
