There are three stages of the interview. The first stage is usually technical/ computer based questions where you are given two tries to record yourself while answering the questions , others are mostly behavioral/scenario questions.
The last stage is usually a panel virtual interview with the leadership team.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
