interview with team managers and senior manager, and contracted as 1 year employee first. after about 1 year later I got an opportunity to get a job as regular employee within the team.
Interviewers are line-manager and/or senior demand planner, they are nice and professional, common technical and analytical questions, usually wrapped inside business scenarios, plus a few questions testing your consumer insight

you are going to have to separate interviews. You will always be interviewed by two people. The first interview is usually with the hiring manager + one. The second one is usually about the business case and involved two different interviewers

Panel interview + Online submission. I knew the hiring manager already and worked through her to get my resume to the top of the pile. Once notified I had an interview, it was in-person on the Nike campus.
