Online Application, Phone Call, Group interview. It took a long time to get hired there was a period of about three weeks before I got the call that I was going to start my training at the store.

Standard fare, if you have had any life experience you should be able to speak confidently about those experiences. Shake the hands of the managers after the interview, it will make you stand out from the other applicants.

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
