I sent a copy of my CV to my local store, I then received a phone interview from the manager asking simple questions such as name a time when you had to go above and beyond, or name a time when you were in a difficult situation and how did you get out of it. I was successful at this stage and was then invited to a group interview. The hardest part of this was deciding what to wear, we were told to "be ourselves". So I guess it's up to you whether you wear all Nike kit or a formal interview attire- I went for the latter and the majority of the candidates did also. We were asked simple questions just to so they could get to know us. Things like who is your sporting hero, greatest sporting moment etc, and then we had to show the item we were asked to bring that described us best and give a quick explanation- be concise! After that we were split into groups and had to sell a Nike product, basically a test of how much we knew about what Nike produce. The interviewers then narrowed the whole group of around 15 into 6, and then we were all taken to have an individual interview, where they read out situations and you answer how you feel is the right way.
