The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
Briefly introduce yourself, including your career/professional development and your research interests,
thereafter devote the major part of your short talk to explaining the research that you want to pursue at the institution at which you are applying.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
