Lots of stages, starting with lots of in depth online assessments (identical to the Civil Service Fast Stream). Then moved on to a recorded video interview, then finally an assessment centre.

The process is about 45 mins with two interviewers. All candidates were given chances to talk with graduates from last year, and then would be led by them to the interview.
