The interview was held virtually, which was convenient and accessible. It was a competency-based interview, with a panel of two interviewers asking questions that focused on key competencies for the role. There were 6 questions based on NHS core values. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, making it easier to stay calm despite the pressure. I appreciated how the interviewers made everything clear and provided prompts to the questions.

It was easy, online, straight forward. Basic questions asked, why you want the job, what you could bring etc. Lasted about 20 mins in total. Not much else to describe except teams meeting, questions, tell us about yourself bla bla
