It was a Teams call with two people asking the questions. The questions were standard interview questions about background but also the “tell me a time when” type questions. Asked for feedback and never received any. Chased again and was ghosted. Candidates take a lot of time out of their day preparing for interviews. Why can’t companies do the decent thing and provide feedback?
