Not a very present experience. Emailed back and forth for 2 weeks to setup the time for phone interview because of delayed responses. The interviewer didn't introduce the company or describe the job functions, then jumped right in a very straight questions, such as how do you think of the company and so something like that. For phone interview, just search online for what questions might ask in the interview. Very basic questions but better find a quiet and comfort room to write down the questions before answering.
