i was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation before attending the interview and was informed the interview would consist of competency based questions and a role play exercise. On arrival to Head Office i was taken back by the landscapes and beautiful work setting. I signed in at reception and waited to be taken for my interview. i was greeted with a warm welcome and a firm handshake. The interview lasted approximately 1.5 hours. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions. Throughout the whole process from initial application to hearing the outcome i was communicated with effectively and kept updated. I would recommend my experience to anyone thinking of applying.
