The first round was via HireVue, the second round interview was with a panel. I was expecting a 3rd or 4th round or an exercise at the very least so I'm not sure if there are rounds after the panel. However, I was told that I would hear a decision after the second interview. Hard to tell what they're looking for, you can match up perfectly and still not get it. I get the feeling that I fall into the category of making the process legit, they probably knew going in who they wanted. My advice, focus more on football and less on filmmaking.
