Most frustrating interview process I’ve ever been a part of. Repetitive ghosting, last second requests to meet, unprompted barely legible texts to my personal phone, unsent meeting invites one day before an interview. The team seemed pretty cool, but HR is incompetent, and it soured the entire experience. Made it to the final round - took 4 weeks to hear back from HR. 2 sentence rejection email with no context or feedback.

First round was the recorded HireVue interview with some video recorded questions along with one written essay. Then second round was 4 half hour interviews with hiring manager and the team. I got the same questions in each of my interviews which made them easy to answer, but redundant and frustrating. During the second round, I asked if anyone watched my HireVue responses , and no one did, so not sure if anyone actually watches them. I advanced to the final round (with the VP) before even finishing the second round, which was encouraging. The final conversation with the VP was great and more of a way for me to interview them make sure the NFL was a right fit for me, rather than the other way around. However, I never heard back, despite several follow-ups. Extremely frustrating to go through hours of interviews then never hear back.
