Bit strange. They made me walk around the shop bothering people. I had to ask people if they needed help even if they were clearly just browsing. Quite awkward when I think about it.
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
