I got a phone call asked about covid nothing about the job then was offered the job - there was no way of even knowing I was skilled but it was different for everyone some had a really difficult process - unpredictable

How do you feel about covid and it’s impact in stores?
Have to pick out an outfit for a customer and complete some general tasks like putting clothes back onto the shopfloor to understand your general competency of the role you applied for

After I applied I got a phone call from a manager who asked some general questions and explained more about the role, invited to do a trial shift and interview, was just 30 mins in total on shop floor sorted some stock and handing out online orders was asked a few questions afterwards about how it went and some questions regarding experience. Was given a £10 voucher for my time which was a nice touch, wasn’t offered the role.

Amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I feel like I got a lot of it even if I don’t end up getting the job. Interview was relaxed and they didn’t ask to many questions
