Easy, basic interview questions. Group interview for Xmas temp but ended up permanent. About 1 week after the interview I got a phone call telling me I’ve got the job.

Describe a time you had to work as part of a team. How do you organise jobs/tasks throughout the day.
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
