First, you need to take a written standardized exam. This exam is not only related to computer and programming topics, but various other subjects as well like Math, English, etc. Once you pass, you will be called for a panel-style interview mostly about your experiences, attitude, technical skills, and other generic interview questions. Basically, that's all for the interview process and you will be called in a few days/weeks for a job offer.

Seamless, straight to the point. Interviewer will test knowledge regarding the position or job description. Concepts that are taught in school and/or included in the job description will be asked as well.

Aptitude test consists of a lot of items, more about logic and verbal assessments. The questions are average but under time pressure. The interview will be conducted via zoom platform with two parts- first with HR, then with the technical department.
