Entrevista
There were three rounds. Post the first phone screening, there was a telephonic interview by the Senior Business Analyst. It was followed by an interview with the Project Manager. Being an outstation candidate, the PM round was on Skype. Once that round was successfully completed, there was an HR round, followed by Offer Letter.

First round HR interview, Second round technical telephonic interview, 3rd round face-to-face technical interview followed by Final round of HR salary negotiations. The entire process took around 1 to 1.5 months

Entrevista
Questions related to core BA skills as well as case studies/scenarios were asked. Focus was not on any specific domain knowledge as they work in various domains. Also, Agile is a big thing there and many questions are related to Agile (Scrum) practices as well as the user story documentation process. Need to prepare probing scenarios like questions related to job portals etc.
