They require practitioner and good communication skill. Knowledge background should be solid and adaptable. They have comfortable atmosphere and friendly. That what i can say. restrict 30 words is not what i expected from sharing these information.
Interview process was smooth and in time responses i got from HR. The interview went for 3 rounds and all were 1 hour long. The interview was hard and you can only crack if you know your profile well
