I was contacted by a recruitment agency about this job and they scheduled my interview during weekday. I managed to apply leave and presented myself hoping their words are true about same day process. As informed by NEC Hr, there ll be 4 rounds of technical interview. 1) Technical assesment test - written 2) Practical implementation 3) Review and Technical discussion 4) Manager diswcussion 5) Hr discussion I have completed first three rounds and was informed that the Manager is busy with other meeting for the day and asked me to come next week for it. When i came back for it, i was told that there will be 1) one more technical round 2) Manager discussion 3) Hr discussion. I just wanted to complete what ever the process is and fortunately everything got over that day. I was asked to fill the forms, surveys and submit documents for the position and was told that offer letter will be released in a couple of days. Its been two months now, i kept following up with the consultancy person and the Hr but i keep hearing only about the delay and no proper information was provided. I started getting job calls for same position with NEC and it drove me nuts. Hr didn't bother to respond for any of my emails, phone calls and messages and the consultany person suggested me to move on with some other company. Are these people even serious about the process ? They have wasted 2 damn months of my time. I do not recommend this company.
