I was invited to several vetting interviews beginning with a 1 on 1 management meeting and ending with tiered senior management. The meetings were difficult to muddle through because I was very qualified to the position and they were not expecting the answers to their questions to be answered with such detailed experiences and accuracy.

Entrevista
Received email to schedule same day phone screen. Basic background questions; good conversation. I was told of next steps and felt like I'd made the cut and that I'd heard back soon; followed up two days later with a thank you but never heard back. I noticed the role changed to Coordinator (Entry Level); I emailed the person I spoke to - no response. Maybe he'll call but at this point, I'd ignore it. Poor practice; don't assume someone won't take a job based on title change and/or don't make a person feel like they are a contender.
