The primary responsibilities included addressing students' doubts in real-time via the chat feature during online classes and responding to any questions students had after the class via email. The company itself functions as a provider of human labor to other foreign companies in the tech sector, outsourcing roles like teaching assistants to support their operations.
Interview Process: The interview process was expected to consist of 3-4 rounds. However, I only participated in the initial round, which focused on basic communication skills. This round involved an assessment of English fluency through an HR interview and one technical question. After this, I did not receive any further communication from them.
