The interview process was seamless, received timely updates. The first interview to offer stage was a quick process without unnecessary delays. The first call was with Recruiter, next call with Team Lead and final call with hiring manager.

Applied through LinkedIn, directed on their Website. Got a call from a recruiter few days later. She explained me about the company and about the role. Super friendly, had a feeling like a good friend is advicing me. I told her about my experience and what I‘m doing right now. She asked for salary expectation - I told her the number, but at the same time got afraid that I said too much. She reassured me that this number should be somewhere close to their salary and nobody there would offer me less than what is meant for that position. After few days got a call from her, asking to schedule a Video intervew. She explained to me who will be on the Video call - again, super friendly. On the Video Call came 4 people - HR Business Partner, HR Representative for German, 1 lady HR Representative from the team and a lady who is changing for another position and I should have come on her place. Again - they made super friendly atmosphere. Guy spoke English and German with me, HR BP asked me about what Im planning with my career. They asked me about more advanced Excell experience : Do you know what is Mail Merge? Did you work in Pivot Tables? I didn’t worked with it before. The intervew last just over an hour. I expected to proceed with my application. Few days later I saw they renewed the ad, which is immediately a bad sign, than they renew again after 2 weeks… and than they posted the ad looking just for Representative (without German knowledge) , than I think they found the suitable candidate who works in advanced MS Office, but not german speaker and it satisfied them. After a month from the Panel interview got a generated mail that they will not proceed with my application.
