Two online tests and one face to face interview. The online test is long and difficult, the face to face interview is not too difficult if you are applying for a junior position.
Very strange interview process that asked a variety of strange questions that didn't seem to have much to do with whether I would be a good fit for employment or not.

An online test involving a variety of questions. Some were relevant to the position (basic logic tests, typing speed tests, a test testing my programming ability). Many were not, most notably a bizarre and condescending morals test where I was asked a series of bizarre questions that seemed to have little to do with the job (e.g "Is it okay to bribe a police officer?").
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en NCH Software (Denver, CO) en jun 2018
Entrevista
They first required that I take an online test that measured things like reaction speed and memory which already seemed odd. They then required that I take a typing speed test, and emphasized that their best programmers are usually fast typists, which seemed strange, but not as strange as when they told me I should work on my typing speed in an effort to be a better software engineer. They then required that I take a 2 hour online c++ test, after which they told me they would forward my resume to a hiring manager.
Finally, a week later they decided to schedule an in-person interview. The city would be a 6 hour drive away, so they mentioned that they don't compensate for interviewee travel. There was already quite a few red flags at this point, but I thought I'd give them a chance. I drove to Denver and got a hotel. The next morning they informed me that the president, who was to be one of my interviewers was out of town and we would have to reschedule. I would also have to take additional c++ tests on-site.
Needless to say, I chose to pursue other employment rather than spend another $100 on un-comped travel expenses for the mere possibility of working at what appears to be some kind of coder farm that values typing speed over programming ability, and cannot be bothered to conduct a Skype interview.
