Overall, it was disengaging, lacked any emotion and very bland. Extremely hard to read the "room" and was actually intimidating. Although this was my FIRST interview in YEARS since getting back out into the job search world, I can't say that it went bad because of them. I was a major contributor to how I botched the interview. Knowing I was the perfect fit, it really is ALL about how you handle yourself and answer questions. Since this interview, I have had SO many better ones- it's hard to look back and think it was all me. The interviewer was not "happy", it was really hard to see any emotion and towards the end, I tried to crack a smile but nothing. So overall, the interview sucked. Would I like a re-do? Yes, to show how far I have come as well in my answers.
