They had a hiring event and made it fun and relaxing for all the interns! The process started with sending in my resume, then recording myself and sending it in, and last being invited to a hiring event. All the HR recruiters were extremely helpful and it was a pleasure talking to them! I had a one on one interview and we were able to leave once our individual interview was over. Great experience!

I recently completed a video interview that was primarily behavioral- in addition I received a phone interview with an HR representative. This was more about my work experience and my skill sets,
It was essentially a video cover letter. You were given the question, then had around 30 seconds to prepare your answer, and around a minute and a half to give your answer.
