Helpful and direct. Since it was the online interview process, they really helped one get comfortable in front of the camera. Most were timed when it came to responding on camera but when it came to the written ones they were not.

Interviewed for the Seth Myers late night show. First had a one way video. They allowed a few redos when filming submissions. Then I revived a email to do a video meeting with the intern coordinator.

1) submit your application
2) either get rejected or move on in the recruiting process to complete hirevue
3) if selected to, second round virtual interview with the team
4) may get selected for a follow-up interview (not always the case)
Fairly straightforward questions, make sure to do research on the company beforehand and be prepared. There were 4 questions asking about your experience, why you want to work for NBC, and what you're looking forward to doing if selected to work for them.
