Entrevista
The first step was the phone screening, which took about 15mins. The recruiter asked for my availability to come in to interview with the hiring manager during the screening. I came in for a first round interview the next week. The hiring manager and the director were very friendly and easy to talk to. The interview lasted about 30mins. 2 weeks later, I was called back for a second round interview with the same people. We both asked more questions. They asked more question regarding my personality and said I will know about their decision soon. The following week, I was asked to provide references and 2 days after I was offered the position.

Entrevista
I had 3 interviews: one with HR, one with the VP and future manager, and then one with the team. The interview was very easy - they didn't ask me many questions maybe only 2-3 and then they asked me if I had any questions. The questions were very generic like "how do you stay organized" and "how do you make sure you meet a deadline" stuff like that.

I interviewed with the president of that department and the vice president in a second interview. the first one was pretty casual and was asked some questions but the second interview felt like I wasnt given any questions and I basically had to talk about myself as best possible, they didnt seem too enthusiastic. recruityer was responsive but never had any good updates for me, waited 2 months to be told that I was rejected. They take very long.

After my screener, I met with 2 people on the team. My recruiter was great and always responded on time and helped expedite the process since I was interviewing at two places at once.
