Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en NBCUniversal (Orlando, FL) en mar 2018
Entrevista
Applied online with resume and cover letter. Heard back about a month later with an email from a hiring recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. She had me reschedule three times and when she did finally call me she was 20 minutes late. I was granted a second interview where I was supposed to have a skype interview with 2 hiring managers but they never called at the interview time. Got an email about 2 hours later from the hiring manager saying she would let me know if there was any interest but never heard back from her.

Which part of finance would you like to work in and what would you like to do in that role?
4 rounds starting with a Manager, SVP, director, and HR. Typical soft skills and technical questions. All virtual and then in person for final round with a tour of the office.

I applied to "Finance Internships – Spring" and heard back about a non-hirevue video interview about two weeks later. I specified that it wasn't a hirevue interview because I was told they were reviewed by actual people and not AI. This was a huge game changer for me because I am awful at hirevues.
The way it seems to work on the back end, at least for this posting ("internships" plural) is that each department watches the video interviews and chooses who to reach out to. A couple departments reached out about scheduling hiring manager interviews immediately after I submitted my video interview. They varied in both department (film, tv, etc.) and finance division/category (fp&a, accounting, etc.).
The interviews were almost 100% behavioral questions and the interviewers were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. The only non-behavioral questions I was asked had to do with the industry as a whole so along the lines of "how do you picture the changes in this industry in the future?"
Two of the three video interviews questions were: "Tell us a little bit more about your story. What has uniquely positioned you for an internship opportunity with NBCUniversal." and "What attracts you to NBCUniversal and which of our brands are you most excited to be applying for?"
Each human interviewer seemed to be going off their own questions, so I think these can vary drastically. I'll type the non-video interview questions that I remember below.

Phone interview first and then the interview in the office. Interview was not difficult. Questions were mostly about my experience and background, communicating skills and if I can fit in the team. I was hired through HR company
