Applied online on job board, submitted resume and cover letter, was contacted by recruiter over the phone for one position. Then another recruiter contacted for a different position and had to go through video screening and a skype interview for that position. The phone call interview was directly with the supervisor and ended up choosing the position.

I applied online, did a phone screen with a recruiter and then spoke with the hiring manager via Zoom. They were very friendly but unprofessional in some ways. I did not make it to the next round.
