There were a series of phone interviews over a 3 month period with various managers around the US. All were very nice and friendly; final step was to fly to Orlando for the in person interview. The process was great and the people were incredibly friendly... until I never heard anything again. No response to phone calls or e-mail... VERY unprofessional for anyone, but especially a company of this size.
