Bad Experience, The interview process was smooth and nice up until the moment they told me I didn't pass the interview. The interview was challenging, with a lot of theoretical programming questions, and that's okay. I have no problem with hard interviews. BUT when I asked for interview feedback after putting all my effort into getting ready for the interview, they just disappeared. I guess, for them, it's a waste of time to give a candidate honest feedback after an interview. Disappointing and so not professional,
