Applied online through my university's job database. Process took about two weeks, and was then offered a first round phone interview where a recruiter asked questions about my previous research experience, projects I've worked on in the past, and my coursework as it related to the position.

Behavioral first round with some math brain teasers at the end. Day of interviews for the second round that are a mix of behavioral and technical. While I did not receive an offer, one of my interviewers and I came to that decision together during the interview based on a conversation about how their industry focus has shifted recently and how that did not align with my interests.
