There were two interviews via telephone. The first interview was with a recruiter and lasted about 15 minutes. A few days later, there was an hour-long interview with management. If selected, you will receive an email afterwards.

Received two assessments via email to complete, followed by a brief phone interview with the recruiter, then a longer phone interview with the team supervisor, then an additional phone interview to test my spanish for the bilingual position. The process took a total of 14 days. The interview with the team supervisor was surprisingly lengthy and very thorough, which felt excessive considering the title and low pay. The Spanish interview was broken into two parts, conversational and translation. The translation portion was difficult.

Quick process after applying I was invited to take two assessments, then a phone interview, second interview the following day and an offer of employment 30 min later and background checked within a day or so later. First job I've applied for that requires copies of HS Diploma and verification from the school
