Two days after I submitted my application I was sent an email requiring that I take a two part, online based test. The first part was 100 questions, untimed, personality test. The second part of the test was a timed, cognitive test. The test included questions such as pattern identification, LSAT logical games, simple geometry, and simple algebra. The test automatically closes when the time is up and you don't receive a score. A week later I was contacted for a phone interview. The interview was easy going and short.
