Detailed, long interview, after two tough technical phone screens. First met with two senior engineers, next two senior professional services managers and finally with the VP of engineering. The interview ranged from highly technical to scenario\process-based and included a lot of questions looking for cultural\character fit. The total interview time was around 3 hours.
