      Entrevista

My seven-week experience with this company has taught me that these people are unprofessional, unreliable, and quick to point fingers at each other whenever there is a "miscommunication", which happens with astonishing frequency. Part of me is relieved not to have received an offer: the process was frustrating and demoralizing, and the interviewers had no respect for the time and effort I had invested (see examples below). Some parts of the process were a total waste of time for everyone involved, like taking the online assessment twice. I'm also angered by the fact that these recruiters had led me to genuinely believe that they were interested in hiring me—to the extent that I turned down TWO other job opportunities in order to complete the recruitment process at NAVEX. Highly skilled applicants: STAY AWAY! Here is an abbreviated highlight reel from a truly horrible interview process: 1. The day that I was asked to submit work samples and complete a graphic design task, which meant a significant time investment on my part, is the same day they offered the job to someone else 2. My information was passed along to another recruiter, because I also qualified for another opening. At the beginning of the interview for this second position, the recruiter apologized in advance if the interview was "weird", because she'd "had a crazy weekend" (her words). 3. Following completion a third interview (after weeks of interviews, tests, and other tasks), I was told that I'd be hearing from the recruiter the next day. I heard nothing. Waited a few days. Sent a follow-up email to the recruiter who told me that the interviewer had never actually provided her with any feedback. She said she'd check on this and get back to me. It took her four more days until she finally sent me a generic rejection letter.
