Panel interview with 3 people, Open-ended experiential "tell me about a time..." questions. Excellent opportunity for a dialogue with all three of them. Was followed with a second interview to meet the senior partner. While I was unsuccessful, they thought I was a great match for a position with one of their clients and recommended me to them. I was hired by the client full time.
