After Applying through Online Portal, 3rd Party HR Team member called and discussed basic information and detail about my role and position. Had Technical interview round in couple of days. With In week HR team reached and said interested in going forward with me. Gave more details about the pay range and all. He also told me that Hiring manager will call me to negotiate and discuss more about the team culture. Almost for 2 month they ghosted and I didn't received any email response and call from the HR or Hiring Team. After 2 months again same 3rd party HR call and said they got all budget approval and Senior HR person will call to provide detail on relocation details, hiring process and documentation. After 2 week same HR person informed me that they are looking for Junior candidate and budget is reduced by 20K. They just waste candidate time.
