Applied and then no response. Month or so later got a call from a recruiter expressing interest. Had telephone interview with hiring manager and senior engineer. Lightweight questions and there seemed to be interest in my strong view about documentation, which was later shown to be false. Invited in for onsite visit. At least minute called and told it was another interview. Went in and was confronted with a young engineer who played cutesy and expressed the attitude that code is self-documenting. I believe in tradition engineering procedures and was not impressed.
