I first received an email request for a phone screening call with a recruiter. I was then invited to an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty laid back and more conversational. At first I was nervous but after speaking to the hiring manager I felt like I was speaking with a friend which was nice. The hiring manager even told me what the next steps were and expressed that she liked me and also said I would fit in to her team. Only downside was that I never heard back from anyone. Till this day I have not received an email back atleast saying that they moved on with an other candidate. (This interview was in August 2023)
