      Entrevista

I think this has to be the worst interview I ever been on! I knew in the very beginning that it was going to be bad and the ONLY reason I did not walk out was out of respect to the CEO (Great person). The HR staff on the other hand was not so friendly, she was looking for ANY reason to find something negative. For example she made a big deal on why I did not capitalize my job titles on the job application online. First off I applied and worked for big companies and nobody ever cared about that; as long as your resume and cover letter are correctly formatted. The recruiter had a nasty face the whole time when I answered her questions. Why waste people time, two hours I may add. The big deal breaker for me was when she asked why I felt it was so important to be proficient in Microsoft softwares. I told her most companies require some proficiency in them. She looked puzzled. How do you ask somebody why they want to be proficient in a software and look puzzled and yet 5 mins later give them a test on the same exact softwares that were discussed. The nerve. I told her I can only speak Spanish and read it, writing is a bit harder for me. I made that clear before the interview and she still gave me a writing test in Spanish. After the nightmare was over I went to shake her hand and say goodbye and she didn’t shake mine back. Thanks for wasting two hours of my time. I thought of writing an email to this recruiter and ccing the Ceo on it but some people are not worth it.
