I applied through the CareerBuilder website to a posted ad. I was emailed following the application and a phone interview was conducted. Following the phone interview I was called in for the first of two face-to-face interviews and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Because of the nature of the position I was asked to bring a portfolio of design samples to my first interview. The second interview included a meeting with the company President/CEO. He was friendly and engaging and the entire process was pleasant from start to finish. I received a formal offer letter within days.
